All QUICK-LOCK^® grid system have a limited warranty for 10 years from the date of installation against certain problems associated with humidity and manufacturing defects such as:
-The ocurrence of 50% red rust

This warranty is not valid in the following cases:

- Exposure to chemical fumes, vibrations and abuse.
- Damage from direct moisture in the form of building leaks or condensation.
- Abusive handling of the material.
- Dropping or hitting
- Inadequate storing (exposure to rain, snow, etc.)

Especialidades Metalicas Mexicanas S.A. de C.V. will replace the materials subject to claim without charge FOB at the Distribution Center in Naucalpan, Mexico.

Especialidades Metalicas Mexicanas S.A. de C.V. is not responsible for any other charges as freight, installation or replacement cost, etc.

Especialidades Metalicas Mexicanas S.A. de C.V. must receive written notice within thirty (30) days after first observation of defects covered by this warranty.
